Mark has been with GWMWater and the former Grampians Water since 1996. In this time Mark has been responsible for overseeing the commercial implementation of water reforms in the region that include the delivery of water quality upgrades, investments that have improved water security and the introduction of independent service and price regulation by the ESC.
Mark brings a wealth of experience to the role beyond his water industry experience which includes roles in the power industry, health and public service where he started his career in 1985.
Mark also serves on the Wimmera Health Care Group Board and currently holds the position of President.

Secretary to the Board
Andrew has more than 30 years experience in the water industry, having spent 25 years with Melbourne Water prior to moving to the Wimmera in 2000. Since then he has been employed in the region’s water industry with a focus on customer service, community consultation, human resource management, media and general administration.

Stephen joined GWMWater in 2004 and has over 30 years experience in water supply and public administration in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria.
Stephen’s role is to manage: planning and delivery of infrastructure programs; groundwater and surface water systems; water quality management; water and wastewater treatment; and environmental management programs.

Sally has been working for GWMWater for seven years and has a strong background in finance and technology fields.
Sally is our chief finance officer who is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction in organisational performance planning, reporting and all financial management activities.

Executive Manager Service Delivery - Darren Raeck |

Darren is a Chartered Professional Engineer with 18 years experience in the water industry, predominately in Sunraysia. Darren has qualifications in management, business and project management.
Darren’s role includes responsibility for water quality management; water and wastewater treatment; Wimmera Mallee and Northern Mallee pipeline operation; day-to-day operation and maintenance of water and wastewater systems; response to complaints and service issues; and emergency management.
