Anti-social behaviour at public reservoirs and lakes affects everyone!

GWMWater reservoirs are open to the public for recreational activities such as boating, camping and fishing. However the primary purpose of these reservoirs is to provide a clean and secure water supply to our region.

Some reservoirs have a range of recreational facilities including picnic areas, BBQs, toilets, walking trails and boat ramps. We ask that our facilities are treated with respect. Do not rubbish or pollute the area or water - remember … these reservoirs supply water to towns and rural properties.

The drought saw many reservoirs and lakes around our region dry up or not be suitable for recreational activities and it is great to see the community out and enjoying these once again. Please consider others though whilst visiting. Remember – dangerous and anti-social behaviour affects everyone.
